ThinkFun, Inc. Introduces the First Play-At-Home Edition of the Worldwide Phenomenon Escape The Room

Escape the Room events, in which participants must uncover hidden objects and decipher clues to escape a locked room, are happening in cities all over the world. Now, this event can occur in any room you choose with ThinkFun, Inc.’s play-at-home game Mystery at the Stargazer’s Manor.

The first ever Escape the Room home edition, Mystery at the Stargazer’s Manor tasks players to solve the mystery of the town’s well-respected astronomer and escape the room – without actually locking a door! In this timed party game, players must use scene cards, sealed envelopes, and a solution wheel to solve puzzles and unlock clues before time runs outs.

“To create Mystery at the Stargazer’s Manor we studied Escape the Room events, and identified ways to bring that authenticity, challenge, and suspense to a game you can play anywhere,” said Bill Ritchie, ThinkFun, Inc. ThinkFun, Inc. provides players with a unique online hint system to assist them with the escape, and suggests costumes, decorations, and more to enhance the experience. Escape the Room Mystery at the Stargazer’s Manor is for ages 10 to adult, and three or more players, but is ideal for groups of six to eight. MSRP: $21.99. Available in March 2016.
