Since 1985, ThinkFun has been developing games that ignite the minds of children and adults. A core ingredient in creating a ThinkFun game is to make sure it is not only fun, but also safe to play with. We are committed to taking the necessary steps to ensure our products meet high safety and quality standards. We never want consumers to have to think twice about whether or not a ThinkFun product is safe!

ThinkFun has always used certified independent testing labs to ensure the safety of our products prior to introduction into the marketplace. All ThinkFun products must meet not only applicable national and international standards, but also our own internal safety and quality control standards. Our standards are based on, but not limited to, a combination of U.S. and European safety standards; developed by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) in the U.S., and the European Committee for Standardization (CEN) in Europe.

ThinkFun has Children’s Product Certificates (CPSs) available for all our products, available upon request.
